📦 Nightmare Foundry Shipping Policy

We’re thrilled to bring our handmade horror to your doorstep! Please review the following shipping information to understand how and when your order will arrive:​​

⏳ Production & Delivery Timeline

Each item is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow:

• 6 to 10 weeks for production and shipping combined

• Shipping times may vary slightly during peak haunt season or for high-volume custom orders

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your creation as it makes its journey from the Foundry to your haunt.

Always take video and photo accounting of your shipment on arrival.  If any damage has occurred it will be necessary to record the damage as it appeared for insurance purposed.  All shipments are insured to assure the safe arrival of your product. ​

🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future as our haunted empire expands!  If you have any questions about your shipment, delivery timing, or special requests, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
