REFUND POLICY

💀 Refund & Return Policy

Because our signs are custom-built and handmade to order, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or non-functional.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• A video or photographic demonstration of the issue is required.

• We will first attempt to diagnose and assist with repair remotely.

• If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a repair or replacement, at our discretion.

• Shipping costs for returning items are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise arranged.

 

We will do our best to provide support or replacement components for up to two years from the date of purchase, excluding:

• Damage due to misuse, outdoor exposure beyond rated limits, or customer modification

• Failure of third-party components such as LED strips, which are not manufactured in-house and not guaranteed for lifespan or performance

 

No refunds are offered on custom orders unless the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
