We take great pride in handcrafting each sign to order with care and precision. Because our pieces are custom-built and made for immersive environments, all sales are final.

However, if your sign arrives and is not functioning as intended, we’re here to help.

Please follow these steps for support:

• 📹 Submit a short video clearly showing the issue within 7 days of delivery

• 🛠️ We’ll evaluate the video and determine if the issue can be resolved with a simple repair or part replacement

• 💸 If the sign is determined to be beyond repair, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion

Please note:

• ❌ No refunds are issued for cosmetic variations or custom orders unless the sign is non-functional and cannot be repaired

• ⚠️ Modifications made after delivery void eligibility for return
