However, if your sign arrives and is not functioning as intended, we’re here to help.
Please follow these steps for support:
📹 Submit a short video clearly showing the issue within 7 days of delivery
🛠️ We’ll evaluate the video and determine if the issue can be resolved with a simple repair or part replacement
💸 If the sign is determined to be beyond repair, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion
